Whether I’m helping clients buy a first home, a fix to flip, or a dream home, I focus on how that purchase impacts their financial goals. Every real estate transaction is an opportunity to further the personal wealth of clients and help them give more to worthy causes. The more people receive, the more people can give back.
Buy right in the first place, and you can sell with confidence later. Position your property for market properly, and you can command a higher sales price than your neighbors. Real estate investment is a powerful tool for creating financial freedom. Take advantage of the leverage it presents and choose the real estate path that’s right for you.
My real estate path is lined with shag carpet, seashell sinks, and velvet flocked wallpaper. There are few things that get me more excited than an old home. Give me the grandma special, the run down ranch, or the 80’s classic, and I’ll turn it into something a decorator could be proud of. I love a home that has seen some life, has a story to tell, and is eager for a new chapter to begin.
As a child growing up in Texas and Oklahoma, the adventure of moving, exploring new neighborhoods and making friends set me on a lifelong love of people, travel and real estate. I advocate for foster children as three year volunteer with CASA, I am an Impact Austin member, ambassador of the University of Tulsa Alumni Club, estate sale enthusiast, and amateur baker.
Most importantly, I am a wife and mom. My stepson, Tyler, is a soldier in the United States Army, and I have a busy toddler. When I am not working, I am singing silly songs, making forts out of cardboard boxes, and reciting Dr. Seuss to my little one. My husband, Joel, and I met in Los Angeles and have lived in Austin since the Frost Tower was the tallest building in town.
